    HomeBaseWriters.com (HBW) is a 100% Filipino owned & operated web content provider based in Cebu City, Philippines. It started its operation in March 2006.

    As of today, HBW has provided more than 50,000 articles on every possible niche or topic for the many clients that have enlisted its services. The articles have been published on various websites, ezine articles, newsletters, and all other forms of publication, both online and offline.

     

    Our Agreement

    Please be reminded that you are not allowed to submit the content you have created for HBW to any other parties including but not limited to your blogs, websites, to your friend, make them as a sample of your work, article directories and emails without written permission from us. Breaching in this area will merit your untimely removal in our roster.

    We are using the service of CopyScape.com to detect plagiarism or copied content. If we found your articles being plagiarized, we reserve the right not to pay for those articles.

    WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT IF YOU WORK WITH US:

    1. Systematic project management. Our projects are managed by special software to keep track of your work.
    2. Transparent accounting. You can even see how much the other writers are earning.
    3. Constant communication. We do not leave you behind.
    4. Writer’s assistance. We provide constructive feedback of your work.
    5. Fast and friendly replies. Every writer deserves a special treatment.
    6. Flexible time. We understand you need time for your family and friends.

    CHECKLIST BEFORE APPLYING:

    1. Obviously, you must have a spare time to work for our projects. We need at least ten (10) articles each week from you if you want to become a part-timer. If you are unable to do this, please do not apply for any position.
    2. You need to have access to a computer whether at home, office or internet cafe. Internet connection is not compulsory as long as you can submit the batches on or before their due dates.Typically, you have two (2) days to submit the assigned batch back to us.
    3. A Yahoo Mail to receive the projects from our Project Manager Software.
    4. You will not receive any payment if your receivable is less than Php 500.00 for 15th days or Php 1,000 in a month.
    5. If we found that you’re plagiarising your articles, we reserve the right to delay your payment of up to 3 months or not pay you at all.

    EMPLOYER – EMPLOYEE AGREEMENT

    Although HomeBaseWriters (HBW) is a home-based job opportunity, we expect you to submit your load / job assignments / batches on time. Our clients pay us to create their content and they expect us to deliver within our promised delivery period. Since our clients expect us to do so, we also expect you to comply.

    Please be reminded that your employment in HOmeBaseWriters (HBW) will be based entirely on your performance with special regards to the quality of your work, promptness, and your ability to follow instructions. Violation on any of these simple rules will merit your untimely removal in our roster.

    NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT

    For good consideration and in consideration of being employed by HomeBaseWriters, the undersigned Employee hereby agrees and acknowledges:

    1. That during the course of my employment there may be disclosed to me certain trade secrets; said trade secrets consisting but not necessarily limited to:

    a) Technical information: Methods, ideas, processes, formulae, compositions, systems, techniques, inventions, machines, computer programs and research projects.

    b) Business information: Customer lists, pricing data, sources of supply, financial data and marketing, production, or merchandising systems or plans.

    2. I agree that I shall not during my employment, or at any time after the termination of my employment with HomeBaseWriters, use for myself or others, or disclose or divulge to others, including future employees, friends or partners, any trade secrets, ideas, programs, confidential information, or any other proprietary data of HomeBaseWriters in violation of this agreement.

    3. That upon the release or expiration of my employment with HomeBaseWriters:

    a) I shall return to HomeBaseWriters all documents and property of HomeBaseWriters, including but not necessarily limited to: drawings, blueprints, reports, manuals, correspondence, customer lists, computer programs, and all other materials and all copies thereof relating in any way to HomeBaseWriters, or in any way obtained by me during the course of employment. I further agree that I shall not retain copies, notes or abstracts of the foregoing.

    b) HomeBaseWriters may notify any future or prospective employer or third party of the existence of this agreement, and shall be entitled to full injunctive relief for any breach of this agreement.

    c) This agreement shall be binding upon me and my personal representatives and successors in interest, and shall inure to the benefit of HomeBaseWriters.
